Cancellation Policy

You may cancel free of charge up to 30 days prior to arrival. You will pay the total price of the reservation if you cancel within 30 days before arrival. If you do not show up, you must pay the full price of the reservation.

Check-in / Check-out

Check-in from 3:00 pm to 6.00 pm.

Check-out until 10:00am.

If you arrive earlier, you can store your luggage with us.

Payments

Your invoice must be paid in full 4 weeks before arrival you will receive a payment request. We do not charge a down payment.

Reservations made 4 weeks or less before arrival must be paid in full including the deposit.

Final cleaning

Per apartment €65,00.

Tourist tax

We charge €2,60 per person per night from 18 years old.

Deposit

We charge a deposit per apartment. This amounts to €250,00 and will be charged on your invoice at the time of booking. This will be returned to your bank account after check-out and inspection of the apartment within 10 days at the latest.

Wifi

Wifi is free in The Walvilla

Towels

You will receive a towel package and a package for the kitchen for cleaning and tea towels.

Coffee machine

There is a Dolce Gusto brand coffee machine in the apartment.

Parking

Parking at the Waldvilla is on private property and free of charge. Each apartment has its own parking space which corresponds to the apartment number.

General

- If there is anything you can call, email or send us a Whatsapp at all times.

- When booking in the Waldvilla you agree to all terms and conditions.

- Detailed reservation and cancellation conditions as well as our house rules can be found at the bottom of our website.

-We are not liable for system errors at external providers which can cause delays in the processing of a booking. Should this lead to a double booking, the first booking made will be valid, even though we have confirmed the booking. Of course we will look for a solution and offer another apartment or another period of time.
